I love this picture because it shows how much joy our family has. That joy comes from that deep connection we share with our Savior. Continue to pray for us as we are in the application process with MAF. We recently had dinner with some missionary friends serving in Ukraine. Our time with them was delightful and so encouraging. They had a profound impact on us and we are so thankful that the Lord used them to encourage us.
For those of you that have been following our blog you have probably wondered "what happpened to the Hartins" because it has been sooooo long since we have posted anything. Well it has been over a year of not posting and much has changed. We are now a family of four with the addition of Hudson Wesley on June 6, 2011. Olivia is two now and she loves her little brother. She says "I wanna hold it" referring to Hudson. We still live in our little house of love and have enjoyed many backyard gathering since we have "remodeled" the backyard. Jeremiah graduated from Sacramento State in May with a Bachelors Degree in Geography and shortly after that started up flight instruction at Mach 5 in Auburn. We are glad that he gets to continue working in aviation as the mission field is still our goal. Jeremiah has been really blessed by working with the college students at Sunrise Community Church and he has been developing his role as the missions director over the last couple years. We love working with missionaries as they come home on furloughs we get to love and bless them while they are here and then send them off again. We are excited for the time when it will be our time to be sent off. Please continue to pray for us in our journey toward serving overseas. We will try to keep you updated as things change.
